Many moons ago when I was younger and naïve(r) the web was young, blogging was a new thing, triathlon wasn’t the crazy burgeoning sport it is today and ultra/trail running was the remit of hippies and loners…. yeh back then I had a blog believe it or not.

Actually as is the way of the internet, it’s still there, well here to be precise. Somewhat stalled midway through an Ironman related report. Once I’ve fought my way back into it maybe I’ll reprise the odd race report here or there for old times sake, or maybe not.

Recently I did a race thing and unusually was moved to not only start a race report but also finish it, hence and thus I’ve been persuaded/bullied into restarting a blog to dump such things and thoughts. If you don’t like it you know where to find the virtual door!
